Tigrett PK Lifts St. Mary’s Past Randolph-Macon
St. Mary’s City, Md. – Senior captain Mikael Tigrett (Hagerstown, Md./North Hagerstown) connected on his second penalty kick of the season, giving the St. Mary’s College of Maryland men’s soccer team a 1-0 victory over Randolph-Macon College in non-conference action Wednesday afternoon. Seahawks Have Two Fourth-Place Finishes at Goucher
Baltimore, Md. – Senior Amanda Collins (Bel Air, Md./C. Milton Wright) and sophomore Michelle Compton (Havre de Grace, Md./Tome) both finished fourth in their respective singles draw at the inaugural Goucher College Fall Invitational on October 6-7. Compton defeated Moravian College’s Lindsey Hopper, 6-4, 7-5 in her match to advance to the semifinals of the First Singles Draw. York, Pa. – The St. Mary’s College of Maryland men’s soccer team’s three-game win streak came to an end Saturday afternoon as the Seahawks dropped a 2-1 overtime decision to No. 6 York (Pa.)
