Dear Friends of St. Mary's College of Maryland,
This letter serves as a call for nominations for the St. Mary’s College of Maryland Athletic Hall of Fame. We are very excited about this important program which honors the achievements of past student-athletes, coaches, and others who have been connected to Seahawk athletics.
The St. Mary’s College of Maryland Hall of Fame program is only as strong as those individuals who participate, so please think about some of the truly distinguished athletic careers from the past and submit a nomination. Please take a moment to review the attached page with the nomination criteria, the nomination form, and instructions for submission for both Hall of Fame nominees and Legends.
Nominations should be received by the Department of Athletics and Recreation no later than April 1, 2008, and the Athletic Hall of Fame Selection Committee will make final decisions on all nominees by the end of May.
We look forward to receiving and reviewing many qualified nominations for induction into the St. Mary’s College of Maryland Athletic Hall of Fame Class of 2008.
