St. Mary’s City, Md. – The 14th-ranked St. Mary’s College of Maryland women’s lacrosse team is one of 16 teams still alive in the quest for the coveted 2008 NCAA Division III Women’s Lacrosse Championship crown as the Seahawks eliminated Fairleigh Dickinson University, College at Florham in NCAA First Round action yesterday afternoon by a score of 16-15 at Seahawk Stadium. Broccolino Named to CoSIDA Academic All-District Squad
Now Advances to National Ballot  

St. Mary’s City, Md. – St. Mary’s College of Maryland senior Mike Broccolino (Millersville, Md./Old Mill) was named to the 2008 ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District II College Division Baseball First Team as announced today by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA). With his first team selection, Broccolino now advances to the national ballot and has the potential to earn CoSIDA Academic All-America® honors.
